The national law firm of Parker Waichman LLP has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a New York man who was injured while employed as a subcontractor for defendants Top 8 Construction Corp and working at premises owned by defendants 39 Prince Realty LLC. The lawsuit was filed in the Supreme Court of New York, Queens County. The injured worker’s wife is co-plaintiff in the suit.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was employed by RCJ Construction, a subcontractor of Top 8 Construction Corp at properties owned by 39 Prince Reality and sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of the defendants. The plaintiff alleges in the lawsuit that the defendants knew or should have known of the defective and dangerous conditions on the premises before the accident and that they breached their duty to provide the plaintiff with a reasonable safe place to work.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff says that he suffered permanent injuries that will cause him permanent and continued pain, and further that he required medical care, and will continue to need medical care in the future, and that because of the injuries sustained in the accident, the plaintiff can no longer work in his occupation in the manner that is required.
