Clifton Travis Jr., has filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court against Indian Point nuclear plant owner Entergy as well as three plant managers, alleging the plant is unsecure.

According to the lawsuit, Travis, a security lieutenant at the power plant complex, says the facility regularly fails anti-terrorism drills, is unsecure, and that workers watch DVDs, sleep, and play video games on the job.

Though the company says it has not yet been served with the lawsuit, spokesperson Jim Steets says the company has invested over $100 million over the past 10 years on security and that the federal government approves its security.

Travis, who still works at the Entergy plant, says he has been marginalized because of his criticisms regarding plant security.
