The national law firm of Parker Waichman LLP has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, on behalf of a Bronx woman who was a passenger in a cap when she was allegedly injured during a collision. The lawsuit names the driver and owner of the cab as well as the driver of the other vehicle as defendants.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was injured as a direct result, and without any negligence or fault on behalf of herself, because of the careless, reckless, and grossly negligent manner in which the defendants “owned, operated, managed, maintained and controlled their respective motor vehicles.”
Parker Waichman advocates for the rights of victims injured in car accidents. The firm offers free legal evaluations to any person across the nation who is harmed due to an accident. Over the past four years alone, Parker Waichman has recovered $32 million for victims of car accidents in New York.
